The pandemic hit and I quit working out. I knew is I needed change. I joined Hits Fitness1/4/21 and didn’t look back. My aunt sent me a side by side picture to see the difference and I had lost 25lbs! BIG difference! I Feel so much better! Hits Fitness has been a great journey and I look forward to going to each class!


I went from a size 18 to a size 4/6 - I lost about 85 pounds. I am in the best shape of my life (the other day I ran my warm up mile for training in 7 minutes 43 seconds!) This has really been the springboard for me into the world of fitness, specifically as it relates to feeling healthy and strong.


I was an extra large in shirt now I'm a large. I went from a 42 waist to a 38. Now I am down to a 38. Boxing has been a great decision for me and I love the hits family. Each trainer has shown me something different and helped me correct my boxing style. I'm excited to keep working and see how far I can go in the ring.

HITS Summer Camp!
Looking for a summer camp experience that will challenge your child both physically and mentally? Look no further than our strength training summer camp! Our program is designed to give kids an edge in their athletic pursuits while also promoting healthy habits and self-discipline. With a focus on proper technique and injury prevention, our experienced coaches will guide your child through a variety of exercises that will build strength, endurance, and confidence. Whether your child is already an athlete or just looking to try something new, our strength training summer camp is the perfect way to keep them active and engaged over the summer months.

Our strength training summer camp is a great way to teach your child about the importance of taking care of their body both inside and out. Spots are limited?
