We are a group of fitness professionals committed to getting you in the best shape of your life and making sure you have more fun doing it than you ever thought possible. Our love of boxing, kick boxing and MMA, and our passion to share it is what unites us. At the same time, each of each of us brings a unique personality and style to every Hits Fitness workout. Kat is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, who currently trains in Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Her interest in fitness began four years ago when she began her own fitness journey.
