Kat is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, who currently trains in Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Her interest in fitness began four years ago when she began her own fitness journey.
Tommy began fighting at the University of Kentucky as a member of the Kentucky Shaolin team.
Frances is happiest when she is spreading her passion for boxing to others! She is currently a junior the University of Kentucky, where she studies Clinical Leadership and Health Promotion.

Boxing with my HITS family has changed my life. It’s more than just losing weight. When your fitness routine revolves around doing something you love, it makes you want to be healthier in lots of ways: things like a healthy diet and exercise even when you can’t be at the gym become habits that make life so much better.
I went from a size 18 to a size 4/6 - I lost about 85 pounds. I am in the best shape of my life (the other day I ran my warm up mile for training in 7 minutes 43 seconds!) This has really been the springboard for me into the world of fitness, specifically as it relates to feeling healthy and strong.
I was an extra large in shirt now I'm a large. I went from a 42 waist to a 38. Now I am down to a 38. Boxing has been a great decision for me and I love the hits family.
