At HITS Fitness, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to make things right.
Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Gift cards
• Digital products (e.g., downloadable programs, e-books, virtual classes)
• Health and personal care items (e.g., water bottles, gloves, wraps, used fitness equipment)
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at contact@hitsfitness.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If your purchase was made using Affirm, your refund will be processed through Affirm according to their policies. Affirm may adjust your payment schedule or issue a refund depending on the amount and status of your loan. Please refer to Affirm’s Help Center for details.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact contact@hitsfitness.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to contact@hitsfitness.com.
