What to include when emailing

We can resolve most issues on the first reply if your email includes these details:

  • Your account email — so we can find your subscription
  • Platform — iPhone (iOS version), Mac (macOS version), Android (version + manufacturer)
  • App version — Settings → About in the app
  • What you're seeing — exact behavior, error messages, screenshots if relevant
  • What you expected to see — the behavior you were trying to achieve
  • Steps to reproduce — if it's a bug, what you tapped/typed in order
