Kat Sasser
Kat is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, who currently trains in Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Her interest in fitness began four years ago when she began her own fitness journey.
Since then she has lost more than 80 pounds and gained a passion for fighting. In her spare time, Kat is completing her PhD in Biology at the University of Kentucky (and enjoys drawing, painting and long walks on the beach).
